Misc. Sept.

September was busy just settling into our new routine of school and dance.

I turned 36 this year.  It was pretty low key but Bruce and I were able to sneak out for some yummy cheesecake factory - thanks to Heather and Kevin for Babysitting!

I can't believe I actually am doing this.  I thought I would steer clear of a ballet studio for the rest of my life.  Emma has been asking to go to ballet class since she could talk and today was her day.  So much fun watching her learn and explore.  It was so different to be on this side of the doors.  My heart was actually wanting to get in there.  So glad I am not her teacher though.  Her teacher Ms. Leslie seams to really enjoy young kiddos which is good because you need a lot of patience!

Labor Day was calm for us this year.  We just went to the park and hung out at the house.

1st Day of Preschool

All my prep was worth it as the 1st day with off without a hitch.  Can't believe these two are big enough for school.  I sure love them and wish them a year of learning and joy!

Back to School

We headed out to Willow Springs Elementary for Back to School night for the twins 1st year in preschool.  This day has been long in the making and I am excited to see what they are going to learn with their classes and teachers.

My parents came through Salt Lake City on the way to Spokane for the funeral of my Uncle Stan.  They had a two hour layover so I suggested that we meet them and bring them dinner.  I am so glad we did.  Emma sure loved chatting it up with Grandpa and Tyler loved hanging out with Grandma.
