General Conference

Today was General Conference on Sunday AM and we did the usual big breakfast.  We were happily joined by Matt and Krista, and Mark Hanline.

I am so grateful to be able to spend time with friends and family being edified by the spirit.  What a great way to spend our Sunday.

New Beginnings

We had New Beginnings and Makenna Lewis did such a great job.  The theme was Mission Possible.  We decorated the Cultural Hall with trees and had envelopes on the table with the 2009 Mission and different items for the parents and girls.

Teresa made this awesome cake.  It looked great but it tasted even better.  I wish I caught a photo of the ice cream bombs that Paige made to go with the cake.  It was really fun.

Daytona Girls Trip

So this past week Krista and I headed down to Daytona for the Daytona races.  I didn't know anything about racing and I learned so many things hanging out at the track.  I loved hanging out on Pit Row and seeing the action first hand.  Krista being the great photo journalist that she is put together this mosaic.  If you want to see more photo's click on Matt and Krista in the Friends part of my blog. I spent my snow day in NC getting a new hair cut and color.  Thanks Angie for doing such a great job and Krista the photo is amazing as always.
